Founded in 2023, as a property management service, Monarch Property Management Services (Monarch PMS) strives to create effective property management services. Monarch provides leasing, rent collection, asset management, compliance, and re-location for over 12 properties within Connecticut.
The Monarch Property Management Services portfolio is devised of 15 residential and two commercial properties. Monarch PMS pays close attention to details surrounding each owners’ assets and upholds the highest of expectations from their staff. Monarch Property Management Services ensures tenants feel safe and supported while the building they are living in remains clean and well-maintained.
